Refund policy

Due to the Nature of my handmade creations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and allow me the opportunity to work with you to resolve the problem.

Immediate payment at the time of purchase is required for you to receive your items, unless special accommodations have already been arranged PRIOR to purchase. Your order will be canceled if payment is not made or cleared within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order.

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday ONLY and not on weekends or holidays, unless special arrangements have been made. October 15 - January 15 is the only exception to accommodate a busier than normal ordering time. ♥
