Shipping policy

All products are carefully and reasonably packaged to ensure their safe and undamaged arrival to you, the customer.

PROCESSING TIME:

This is the time it takes for me to process your order after payment has been cleared. Although Dewberry's takes every effort to ensure your order is made in a timely fashion and ships as soon a possible: please keep in mind that sometimes custom, large and detailed items will take longer to create. Most orders will ship within 3 to 14 business days. Please allow up to 21 business days from the date of payment (cleared) for your order to be created, packaged and shipped.

Orders are generally fulfilled Monday-Friday ONLY and not on weekends or holidays, unless special arrangements have been made.

October 15 - January 15 is the only exception to accommodate a busier than normal ordering time. ♥

Shipping prices include shipping material costs (boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, foam protectors or other materials to keep your product protected during shipment). This shop makes every effort to recycle shipping materials when possible. Please note that your shipping cost is calculated online with integrated shipping modules.

Our default shipping is provided by USPS unless otherwise noted or requested.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND/OR SERVICES:

Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™, at times, will reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery upon any shipment. Notification of said service will be prior to orders being shipped out.

Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™ is NOT responsible for packages USPS states as "delivered" when a buyer claims a package was not received. Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™ is also NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation or contact the shipper itself for more information. Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC is also not responsible for ANY and ALL digital information provided by the shipper.

If your order is returned to Dewberry's for any reason i.e: USPS is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, you are not available for delivery, refusal of package, an unclaimed package or if no one is able to provide a signature, then you are welcomed to request that the package be resent. You will need to contact this shoppe (Dewberry's) to make an acceptable arrangement to resend your package. Reshipping charges plus ANY fees for the returned package will be paid for in advance before the order is sent out.

Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™ will not be held responsible for refunding the cost of freight for Expedited or Express shipments or on any orders that are delayed for reasons outside of our control.

There are also no refunds for returned order(s) or package(s) for any reason. If you have any further questions then please inquire within.

FORCE MAJEURE:

If there should be a default or delay in Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™ performance of its obligations, and the default or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™ including but not limited to; fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, failure of the public power grid, third party caused damage to network infrastructure (physical or digital), war, terrorism, revolution, civil insurrection, government decree, unlawful acts, civil commotion, cyber terrorism/warfare, acts of public enemies, law, order, regulation, ordinance or requirement of any government or legal body having jurisdiction, or labour unrest such as strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycotts, forced or unseen closures, acts of nature, and all force majeure events, then Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™ shall not be liable for that default or delay, and shall be excused from further performance of the affected obligations on a day-to-day basis, if Dewberry's Herbal Apothecary, LLC™ uses any and all reasonable efforts to expeditiously remove the cause(s) of such default or delay in its performance.
